Hey coach just wanted to tell you I threw an over 6ft pr today in disc with 130, ft 6 inch to take 6th at districts. I was seated 11th so it was a great way to end the season. Hey coach this is Jake from Jersey Shore. Not sure if you’ll see this but I district qualified in disc after working on a few things I learned at your clinic this year. Just wanted to say thanks!
